Mythical Coast Wellness Retreat

24-26 Ocak 2025 tarihlerinde 2 gün Mythical otelinden oda tuttuk. Ben, eşim, 15 ve 5 yaşlarında iki kızımla birlikte gittik. Bu oteli tercih etmemizin asıl nedeni kapalı havuzu ve termal havuzu olmasıydı. Çünkü bu otel merkezden çok uzaktı. Ayrıca ailemiz için tek oda tutmamıza izin vermiyordu. Bu nedenle 2 oda tutmak zorunda kaldım. Her şeye rağmen sadece ve sadece çocuklarım kapalı ve termal havuzda yüzebilsin diye bu otelde iki oda tuttum. Otele gittiğimizde, otelde çift kişilik yatak yerine iki adet tek kişilik yatak vardı. Ayrıca yan tarafta da açılır tek kişilik bir yatak vardı. Aile için çift kişilik yatak bulunmaması tuhafımıza gitti. Bu oda bizim gibi bir aile için küçük çocuğumuz yanımızda uyuduğu için yeterliydi. Ancak internetteki siteler sadece bir odayı tutmamıza izin vermemişti. Otelde kaldığımız iki gün boyunca havuz arızalı olduğu için yani su yeteri kadar ısınmadığı için çocuklarım havuzda yüzemedi. Termal havuzda su benim bildiğim çok sıcak olur. Sonuçta termal havuzdan birkaç defa faydalanmışlığımız var. Ancak bu otelde termal su olmadığı kanaatindeyim. Böyle bir termal su ve havuz görmedim. Çocuklarımın bütün hayalleri yıkıldı. Buna bir baba olarak çok üzüldüm ve bunun tek sebebi bu otel. Verdiğim paranın tek kuruşunu bile hak etmiyorlar. Havuz için şehir merkezine uzak bu oteli tuttuğum için kiraladığım araç için daha fazla yakıt gideri ödemek zorunda kaldım ve şehir merkezinde yeterince gezemedik. Ödediğim fazladan oda ücreti de cabası. Otelde iki gece futbol takımı ağırladıkları için sabah kahvaltısı bazı misafirlere yeterli gelmedi ve mağdur oldular. Ayrıca park yerleri araç park etmek için çok uygun değil ve misafir çokluğu yaratan futbol takımı için gelen misafirler nedeniyle bir gece park sıkıntısı yaşadım. Yukarıda park yeri olduğuna ilişkin tabela göremedim. Varsa bilgilendirilmek isterim. Sözün özü bu otel beni mağdur etmiş olup ödediğim parayı hak etmemiştir. Saygılar sunarım.

Yeni ve güzel bir otel yardımsever çalışanlar

The receptionist set the tone. I have in all the years I’ve been here inexpensive hotels and expensive hotels , never had a bad experience. This was my first. Greater by a very sour and unwelcoming receptionist. I stepped back and thought it was me, she was equally unpleasant to everyone else. We had a snag and she offered no solutions . We will NEVER come back to be mistreated by what is supposed to be a higher end wellness resort . The irony is comical

In no way it is a 5 star hotel. It is hardly 3 star. Although it is renovated it is totally disorganised, un professional staff. We stayed at an overpriced Grand Suite which looked like more of a hospital ward. Poor cleanliness, bathroom smells of urine due to bad plumping. Poor breakfast. They don’t even have esspresso. It is charged extra. One day there was no room service at all. The managment did not answer to my complaints although I sent a list by email and talked to the reception. The manager and owners who were around never showed up to give an explanation. It was obvous to us that they avoided us deliberately. They are frauds as they sell for 5 star prices. We were cheated in the most rude way. Shame of them! They make a bad name of the tourism in our country.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever been. Excellent facilities with the most amazing view. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast as well as the restaurant food was perfect. Finally, the pools and spa services were awesome.

Hell on earth. Pretended to be a 5-star hotel, with “luxurious” “suites” but revealed as a bad hostel. We made a reservation for the GRAND SUITE (grand sh1t) for more than 300$ per night for 3 nights, but we got a poor room: No storage place for clothes in the room; No bath 🛀🏻 , only shower 🚿 ; A shared balcony with the next room; Very poor amenities; Very basic shampoo and soap (like in a 3 stars hotel); No bellboy; No concierge; No security at the hostel; No waiters at the lobby; Very tiny swimming pool; The so called “Grand Suite” didn’t offer even forks, knives or glasses for wine, not to speak about the empty mini-bar… or the absence of bottles opener..; The sofa was like of the poorest guesthouses in India 🇮🇳; The shuttle service which was promised from the airport was revealed as a big nothing..; The staff was RUDE !!!!; The welcoming experience was awful 😢;No espresso machine in the “suite” 😳; the breakfast was shameful : no espresso, no traditional Greek food, no smoked salmon, no fresh bread, no mineral water, no menu, just rotten fruits and a disastrous service!!!! And a Jelly dessert 🤷🏿‍♂️ Look at the pictures attached!!!!!! As we complained to the management about our awful experience and sent them the draft of this review they expelled us from the hostel !!!!!! We were left abandoned at the street without a place to sleep in!!!! Many-many guests made a big demonstration at the lobby because of the bad facilities and the hostile service but it was seemed that the staff was used to it. The breakfast was awful; maybe refugees would have been satisfied with it. It is a 3rd-world-country-hostel and this place is even worse than this! Even before we got our room we started crying at the lobby, as we understood we arrived in HELL !!!! To pay 300$ per night for such a torture is unacceptable!!!! It’s not about the money but our vacation was ruined because of this situation. After one night of tortures, we found other hotel which was great. If you want to get a jungle vacation, and you don’t want to fly to Africa, you should go to this place !!!!!
